  "abstract": "This disclosure describes a C-hook arrangement for handling cylindrical coils, incorporating an eccentricity compensating suspension system. The system addresses the problem of coil damage that occurs when an off-center coil pickup causes the C-hook to tilt during transport. The suspension dynamically adjusts the effective suspension point, allowing the C-hook to remain substantially level even with an eccentric load distribution. Integrated sensing and a control unit provide feedback to the operator regarding the load's eccentricity and can prevent lifts exceeding a predetermined offset threshold, thereby enhancing operational safety and reducing potential material damage.",
