ABSTRACT

An automatic cut and transfer coiler and spooler apparatus, system, and method
for use generally comprising a rotatable turret with two independently driven
spindles thereon wherein the drives for the independent spindles are attached
to the turret for selectively rotating the spindles about their own axis
independently.
