ABSTRACT

A recording medium processing apparatus includes: a binder that performs a
binding process on a recording medium; and a moisture supplier that supplies
moisture in a form of mist to a binding portion of the recording medium, the
binding portion being a portion subjected to the binding process performed by
the binder.
