ABSTRACT

Packaging system ( 1 ) for producing pouches comprising a water-soluble foil (
3 ) and a powder, wherein the packaging system comprises multiple moulds ( 5 )
and a mould conveyor ( 8 ), wherein the moulds ( 5 ) are moved along a foil
supplying device ( 50 ), a compartment forming device ( 12 ), a powder filling
device ( 13 ), and wherein the powder filling device ( 13 ) comprises a powder
supply ( 14 ) and a powder distribution unit ( 15 ).
