ABSTRACT

A computer system for handling a reference parameter from a controller. The
reference parameter is associated with operation of a machine arranged to be
controlled by the controller. The computer system comprising processing
circuitry configured to receive the reference parameter from the controller,
determine an output parameter based on the reference parameter, compare the
determined output parameter with an output parameter limit, and to, when a
result of comparison indicates that the determined output parameter exceeds
the output parameter limit, determine a new output parameter based on the
reference parameter and a present availability of a resource at the
controller.
