ABSTRACT

A valve includes a housing, a hole, a hole, a diaphragm, a seat, and a
protrusion. The housing includes a housing member and a flat board that oppose
each other, and a side wall connected to the housing member and the flat
board, the side wall being capable of defining a valve chamber together with
the housing member and the flat board. The hole is formed in the flat board,
and connects the valve chamber and an outside of the valve to each other. The
hole is formed in the housing member, and connects the valve chamber and the
outside of the valve to each other. The diaphragm divides the valve chamber
into a first space nearer the flat board and a second space nearer the housing
member, and has a through-hole that allows the first space and the second
space to communicate with each other.
