ABSTRACT

A stacking device for stacking substrates includes: a frame; an input region;
an output region; and at least one conveying element mounted on the frame so
as to be completely rotatable about an axis of rotation. The at least one
conveying element has a gripping portion for conveying a substrate located in
the input region to the output region.
