ABSTRACT

The invention relates to a force/torque sensor device (10) for a force/torque
sensor means (1) for a robotic entity (0), in particular a robot arm (0) or a
robot joint (0), comprising two coaxially arranged flanges (100, 200)
connected to each other via a plurality of mechanical transmission structures
(14) of the sensor device (10), wherein in each transmission structure (14) a
single deformable radial-beam (210) firmly connects the inner flange (100) to
the outer flange (300). The radial-beam (210) of each transmission structure
(14) is firmly connected to a decoupling-beam (110) of the inner flange (100),
wherein a radially (Rd) outer circumferential (Cd) portion of the inner flange
(100) constitutes this inner decoupling-beam (110) in the inner flange (100).
