"abstract": "A transport robot and a warehousing system, relating to the technical field of warehouse logistics. The transport robot comprises: a raising/lowering mechanism (200), having a first end portion (200a) and a second end portion (200b) arranged opposite to each other in the height direction, wherein the distance between the first end portion (200a) and the second end portion (200b) is adjustable; a pallet (300), configured to carry an article and provided at the first end portion (200a), wherein the pallet (300) is configured to be driven by the raising/lowering mechanism (200) to selectively move toward or away from the second end portion (200b); and a chassis (100), provided at the second end portion (200b), and configured to support the raising/lowering mechanism (200) and the pallet (300), and drive the raising/lowering mechanism (200) and the pallet (300) to move. The height of the bottom of the raising/lowering mechanism (200) is lower than the height of the top of the chassis (100), and/or the height of the top of the raising/lowering mechanism (200) is higher than the height of the bottom of the pallet (300), so that the overall height of the transport robot when descending to the lowest position is reduced, and the transport robot can stably pass below a lower carrier (400) without interference from the carrier (400), thereby improving the adaptability of the transport robot to carriers (400) of different heights.",
