ABSTRACT

A method of inserting components into a motherboard comprising setting up a
robotic cell including an end-of-arm tool, attaching a first tray feeder
including a plurality of trays for the motherboards, and attaching a second
tray feeder including a plurality of trays with the components. The method
comprises loading a motherboard from the first tray feeder, identifying the
motherboard, and identifying a component type based on the identifying of the
motherboard. The method further comprises retrieving a tray with one or more
components of the identified component type from the second tray feeder
inserting the components into the motherboard.
