ABSTRACT

This robot system includes a robot and a robot control device for performing
control so as to cause the robot to execute prescribed work on the basis of
the result of detection of a subject to be detected by a sensor, the robot
control device being provided with an abnormality-detection-time processing
unit for, in accordance with sensing of an abnormality pertaining to the
detection operation carried out by the sensor, controlling the robot so as to
return to the position of a time point at which the detection serving as the
source of the abnormality was carried out and then stop.
