ABSTRACT

Disclosed are a microhub-based wide area delivery service method using an
autonomous driving robot and a device performing the same. The wide area
delivery service method includes: receiving delivery request information from
a user; separating a first delivery zone and a second delivery zone based on
the delivery request information; generating first delivery information for
the first delivery zone and second delivery information for the second
delivery zone; transmitting the first delivery information to a first service
provider that is to perform delivery for the first delivery zone; and after
the delivery of goods for the first delivery zone is completed, transmitting
the second delivery information to a second service provider that is to
perform delivery for the second delivery zone. The first delivery zone may be
within a delivery range of the first service provider, and the second delivery
zone may be a subsequent delivery zone of the first delivery zone and may be
out of the delivery range of the first service provider.
