ABSTRACT

This application discloses a sliding mechanism and a foldable electronic
device, and relates to the field of mobile terminal technologies. The sliding
mechanism is applied to a rotating shaft mechanism of the foldable electronic
device, and the rotating shaft mechanism includes a bracket and a sliding
mechanism. The sliding mechanism includes a sliding tab and a sliding rail.
One end of the sliding tab is rotatably connected to the bracket, and the
other end of the sliding tab is slidably connected to the sliding rail. A
plurality of guide plates are disposed on the other end of the sliding tab.
The sliding rail includes a sliding rail body and a plurality of grooves
disposed on the sliding rail body, the groove is configured to accommodate the
guide plate, and each of the guide plates is located in one of the grooves.
