ABSTRACT

A management device includes: a processor, and the processor specifies a first
mobile machine that is not scheduled to operate during a predetermined period,
based on data of operation plans of a plurality of mobile machines that are
autonomously movable and have a function of a positioning base station, and
transmits, to the first mobile machine, an instruction to operate the first
mobile machine as the base station during the predetermined period.
