ABSTRACT

In order to provide a transport device that includes a planar motor, which
gives greater flexibility in the movement of the transport units, at least two
planar motors have opposing transport planes, wherein provided on the
transport plane of a first planar motor is at least one first transport unit,
which is connected, by a connecting unit, to at least one second transport
unit provided on the transport plane of a second planar motor.
