Publication log
Every publication, in the order it happened, in an append-only file. One file per day, written at the moment of publication and never rewritten. When a day closes the file is hashed, signed with the current publication key and carried into a timestamp batch, so a later edit to a past day would be detectable by anyone holding the previous signature.
