Abstract

A lift comprising a base, a platform, and a linkage assembly. The linkage assembly is operable to elevate the platform relative to the base. The linkage assembly has a plurality of linkages rotatably interconnected via pins. Each linkage includes a tubular body, plates, and a pivot tube. Each tubular body has lateral sides. Each of the lateral sides define primary orifices. Each of the plates are secured to the lateral sides of a corresponding tubular body and define secondary orifices. The secondary orifices are aligned with the primary orifices. Each pivot tube extends through corresponding primary and secondary orifices. Each pivot tube engages the corresponding plates within the secondary orifices via force-fit engagements. Each pivot tube is operable to rotatably receive one of the pins.
