Cleaning assembly 30 comprises at least one senor in the form of a photocell, camera or pressure sensor. Communication module, including an emergency stop module may be included as may a pre-cleaning element to provide moisture to the belt 12 to loosen debris prior to being spray / pressure cleaned.
