Abstract

The present invention relates to an interface assembly for a storage and retrieval system, comprising an elevating device, a storage part, and an intermediate part being connected with the elevating device, the elevating device being configured to elevate the intermediate part in a vertical direction, the intermediate part comprising releasable locking means, the locking means being configured to releasable engage receiving means connected with the storage part whereby the elevating device via the intermediate part can move the storage part in the vertical direction.
